TRANSPORTATION REQUEST
Awellera is a dually integrated care treatment center for adults pursuing recovery and professional support for mental health matters. We believe in providing the resources, guidance, and support you need to build a healthier, stronger future.
Please speak with your peer mentor before submitting a transportation request. All transportation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Requests submitted with less than 48 hours' notice may be denied.
Your peer mentor can help you determine whether transportation is appropriate and assist you with the request if needed.
